{6) That it will perrnit access to ali relevant books, records, amounts and work sites <br /> by personnel of the contracting agency and the Illinois Fair Emp�oyment Practices Commissian <br /> for purposes of investigaiion to ascertain compliance with the lllinois �air �mployment f'ractices <br /> Act and the Commission's Rules and Regulations for Public Contracts. . <br /> (7) 7'hat it will include verbatim or by reference the provision of paragraphs 1 <br /> � through 7 of this clause in every performanca subcontract as defined in Secfiion 2.10(by of the <br /> Commission's Rules and Regulations for Public Contracts so that such provisions will be <br /> binding upon every such subcontractor; and that it will also so include the provisions of <br /> paragraphs 1, 5, 6, and 7 in every supply subcontract as defined in Section 2.10(a) af the <br /> Commissian's Rules and Regulations for Public Contracts so that such provisions will �e <br /> binding upon every such subcontrac�ar. In the same manner as with other provisians af this <br /> contraci, the contractor will be liable for compiiance with applicable provisions of this clause by <br /> ail its subcontractors; and further it will pramptly natify the contracting agency and the Illinois <br /> Fair �mployment Praclices Commission in the event any subGoniractor fails or �efuses to <br /> compiy therewitlt. In addition, no contractor will utillze �ny subcantractor declared by the <br /> Cammission to be nonr�sponsible and therefore ineligible for contracts or subcontractors with <br /> the State of lllinois or any of its political subdivision or municipal corporatians. <br />
