• Identification of applicable funding strategies. Task 2.2 Design Strategies Review Meeting- Based on the review of the inforrnation collected in Tasks 2.1, HOK and DSI will review and confirm the strategies and program for the improvement of the visual and functional environment of project area with the Steering Committee. The goal of this meeting will be to confirm and solicit additional input on direction and development of Alternative Conceptual Urban Corridor Plans and the Three Target Areas. • Review the issues,goals and objectives of The Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan &the Three Target Areas. • Review the applicable strategies for the development of The Urban Corridor Plans&the Three Target Areas. • Establish the program and direction for the development of the Alternative Urban Corridor Plans&the Three Target Areas. • Confirm an action plan for perforrning and coordinating the next portion of the work �� effort. �� Task 2.3 Development of Ahtemative Conceptual Urban Comdor Plans - Based on the applicable design strategies and the agreed upon program and direction for the Altemative Urban Corridor Plans &the Three Target Areas., HOK and DSI will develop three conceptual alternatives for review with the Steering Committee and City Staff. • Develop preliminary altemative corridor improvement concepts. I • Develop altemative plan enlargements of several key areas to illustrate proposals. • Develop altemative sketch vignettes of several key areas to illustrate proposals. • Develop atternative traffic and roadway strategies. • Develop altemative phasing strategies. • Develop implementation strategies. Task 2.4 Selection of Altemative Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan &the Three Target Areas Workshop - Based on the appticable design strategies and the agreed upon program and direction for the Altemative Urban Corridor Plans&the Three Target Areas., HOK and D51 will review the three Altemative Conceptual Urban Corridor Plans&the Three Target Areas with the General Public,the Steering Committee and City Staffto identify and select the elements of the altemative plans to Refine into a single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan &the Three Target Areas. • Present and review Altemative Conceptual Urban Corridor Plans&the Three Target Areas in a public participation workshop. • Revise and adjust the plan as necessary to achieve a consensus. • Establish an agreed upon direction for the single Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan &the Three Target Areas. • Obtain Steering Committee approval to refine the single Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan &the Three Target Areas. • Confirm an action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort. page 4 of 10
