Task 3.0- Refine the single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan &the Three Target Areas. <br /> Based on the selected single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan &the Three Target Areas, HOK <br /> will refine the plan to develop the single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan &the Three Target <br /> Areas for review by the Steering Committee and reach agreement on the elements of the <br /> Final Urban Corridors Plan. <br /> This task will last approximately eight(8) weeks. <br /> Task 3.1 Refine Final Urban Corridors Plan &the Three Target Areas - HOK will review and <br /> refine the elements of the selected single Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan for <br /> development into the Final Urban Corridors Plan &the Three Target Areas. <br /> • Refine preliminary corridor improvement concepts. <br /> • Refine plan enlargements of several key areas to illustrate improvements. <br /> • Refine sketch vignettes of several key areas to illustrate improvements. <br /> • Refine traffic and roadway strategies. I <br /> • Refine phasing strategies. ii <br /> • Refine implementation strategies. I <br /> • Prepare preliminary draft and mock-up of final study deliverables. I <br /> Task 3Z Approval of Final Urban Corridors Plan &the Three Target Areas - Based on the �I <br /> recommended design strategies and the refinement of The Urban Corridor Plan &the <br /> Three Target Areas, HOK and DSI will review the Plan with the Steering Committee and �, <br /> City Staff. 'I <br /> • Present Final Urban Corridor Plan &the Three Target Areas in a workshop format with I'i <br /> the General Public and Steering Committee. 'I <br /> • Adjust the plan elements as necessary to achieve a consensus. � <br /> • Obtain Steenng Committee approval of Final P�an direction. <br /> • Confirm action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort. i <br /> Task 4.0- Prepare Final Urban Corridor� Plan&the Three Target Areas I�, <br /> HOK will prepare the Final Plan Deliverables for review with and final presentation to The City � <br /> Council. <br /> 7his task will last approximately six(b) weeks. <br /> Task 4.1 - Develop Final Urban Corridors Plan &the Three Target Areas Deliverables - HOK <br /> and DSI will review the Final Urban Comdors Plan &the Three Target Areas with the <br /> Steering Committee and City Staff for approval for final production of the required <br /> numbers of final documents. <br /> • Finalize corridor improvement strategies. <br /> • Finalize traffic and roadway strategies. <br /> • Finalize phasing strategies. <br /> • Finalize Report and camera-ready artwork. <br /> • Obtain Steering Committee approval to print Final Corridor Plan &the Three Target <br /> Areas documents. <br /> page 5 of 10 <br />
