Article 8 <br /> Expenses of Developer <br /> Except for those expenses specifically included in the "Cost of the <br /> Construction Work" as described in Article 6 (to be paid by Owner pursuant to Article <br /> 7.A), Developer shall pay all expenses incurred by it in the performance of iu duties <br /> under this Agreement, without any reimbursement from Owner. <br /> Article 9 <br /> Assignment <br /> Developer shall not have any right to assign its rights or obligations under <br /> this Agreement, and any such assignment shall be void without the prior written consent <br /> of Owner. <br /> Article 10 <br /> Governing Law <br /> This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the <br /> laws of the State of Illinois. <br /> Article 1 1 <br /> Termination of Contract <br /> lf Developer shall fail to substantially perform in accordance with the terms <br /> and conditions of this Agreement, Owner may, after giving written notice of such default <br /> to Developer and Developer failing to cure such default within thirty (30) days after <br /> receipt of such notice, terminate the employment of Developer. <br /> 9 <br />
