described in the Target Purchase Agreement; <br /> (vi) landscape and irrigation along the perimeter of the Developer Tract <br /> and main shopping center driveway; <br /> (vii) lighting along the main shopping center driveway; <br /> (viii) utility lines and related facilities for electric service to the lighting <br /> described in item (vii) above, electric service to the monument sign <br /> described in item (v) above, water service for the irrigation lines <br /> described in item (vi) above and electric, natural gas, telephone, <br /> water and sanitary sewer to each of the Outlots (as defined below). <br /> All of the foregoing items (i) through (viii) are referred to collectively as the <br /> "Construction Work" in the remainder of this Agreement. <br />� (b) To review the Plans to determine that the Plans are appropriate, and <br /> to cause such revision to the Plans as requested by Owner. <br /> (c) To employ such professional architects, engineers, and surveyors as <br /> may be required in the ordinary course of completing the Construction Work and as <br /> described below in this Article 3. <br /> (d) To obtain bids from subcontractors approved by Owner for the <br /> completion of the Construction Work, the letting of an actual construction contracts <br /> subject to Owner's prior approval. All of such construction contracts shall be in <br /> compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. <br /> (e) To provide Developer's legal staff to negotiate with Target in order <br /> to complete the Operating and Easement Agreement and Site Development Agreement as <br /> contemplated in the Target Purchase Agreement, such agreements subject to the approval <br /> 3 <br />
