Contract Adherence: <br /> a) Expedite and assist the City in providing <br /> interpretation of the Contract document as required to Group 1 City As Required <br /> facilitate the project schedule. <br /> b) Evaluate all proposed changes in the Contract <br /> Document and recommend necessary changes to the Group 1 City As Required <br /> City following review. <br /> a) Prepare for the City's review and approval, proposals <br /> for scope and/or contractual changes from Munis, Group 1 City As Required <br /> and assist the City in evaluating the cost and impact <br /> of these changes. <br /> b) Review and recommend for action all Munis requests Grou 1 Cit 1 hr/every 2 <br /> for payments. p y weeks <br /> 5. On-Site Activities: <br /> a) Monitor the City's readiness of the environment for �, <br /> the Munis' initial stages of implementation, including City Group 1 As Required I <br /> the following contractual items: <br /> i) Required Third-Party Software and Tools <br /> ii) Communication and Connectivity Requirements <br /> iii) Minimum Hardware Requirements. <br /> b) Assist with the identification and organization of City City Group 1 Once <br />� Application Teams for each Munis software module. <br /> c) Assist with business process and policy adjustments <br /> across departmental lines, necessitated by either 17 modules <br /> software functionality or through process or policy re- Group 1 City 6 hr/each <br /> engineering. <br /> d) Assist with creation of Decision Support Group for <br /> future determination of recommended software City Group 1 Once <br /> approach (i.e., in-house or third-party). <br /> e) Monitor the City's performance of the Acceptance 17 modules <br /> Testing in accordance with the contractual terms. City Group 1 1 hr/each <br /> f) Prepare for and conduct semi-monthly Project <br /> Management review sessions with the City's Project Group 1, 8 sessions <br /> Manager to provide guidance on overall project City 4 hr/each <br /> management skills. <br /> 6. Project Closeout: <br /> a) With the City's participation, observe the testing, final 17 modules <br /> acceptance, placement into the "production" City Group 1 1 hr/each <br /> environment and transition to Support of all modules. <br /> b) Conduct follow-up review of the complete Project to Group 1 Once <br /> help ensure satisfactory performance by Munis. <br /> GROUP 1 RESOURCES, INC.
