construction contracts between an Owner Entity and a General Contractor; (c)the general, special, <br /> and supplemental conditions to such contracts; (d) drawings and specifications prepared and <br /> approved in accordance with this Agreement for a Component; and, (e) all written or graphic <br /> interpretations, clarifications, amendments, and changes of any of the foregoing. <br /> "Contractor Selection Process"has the meaning given in Section 1.12. <br /> "Conveyance," when referring to a transfer from the City to DHA, means a fee simple <br /> transfer, or, when referring to a transfer from DHA to Developer, either a fee simple transfer or a <br /> ground lease. <br /> "Conveyance Documents"has the meaning given in Section 6.3. <br /> "CSSP"has the meaning given in Section 2.1.8. <br /> "Developer"has the meaning given in the Preamble. <br /> "Development Fee"has the meaning given in Section 7.1. <br /> "DHA"has the meaning given in the Preamble. <br /> "DHA Financing Documents"has the meaning given in Section 6.5. <br /> "Disposition Applications"means any Demolition and Disposition Application required to <br /> be submitted to HLTD with respect to the Revitalization pursuant to the Public Housing <br /> Requirements. <br /> "Effective Date"has the meaning given in the Preamble. <br /> "Equity Partners" means any partner or member of an Owner Entity that makes capital <br /> contributions to such Owner Entity for the benefit of any Component. <br /> "Estoppel Certificate"has the meaning given in Section 2.1.1. <br /> "Event of Default"has the meaning given in Section 8.1. <br /> "Existing Site"has the meaning given in Recital A. <br /> "Final Completion Milestone"means with respect to any Component,the Final Completion <br /> Milestone described on Exhibit F. <br /> "Final Phase I Site Plan"has the meaning given in Section 3.3. <br /> "General Contractor" means any or all general construction contractors given general <br /> charge of all or any portion of the construction or rehabilitation work contemplated by the <br /> Revitalization. <br /> "Goody Clancy"has the meaning given in Section 2.1. <br /> B-2 <br />
