• Develop preliminary alternative corridor improvement concepts. <br /> • Develop altemative plan enlargements of several key areas to illustrate proposals. <br /> • Develop altemative sketch vignettes of several key areas to illustrate proposals. <br /> • Develop altemative traffic and roadway strategies. <br /> • Develop altemative phasing strategies. <br /> • Develop implementation strategies. <br /> Task 2.4 Selection of Altemative Conceptuol Urban Corridors Plon Workcho� - Based on the <br /> applicable design strategies and the agreed upon program and direction for the Alternative <br /> Urban Corridors Plans, HOK and CBB will review the three Altemative Conceptual Urban <br /> Corridors Plans with the General Public,the Steering Committee and City Staffto identify and <br /> select the elements of the altemative plans to refine into a single Conceptual Urban Corridors <br /> Plan. <br /> • Present and review Alternative Conceptual Urban Corridor Plans in a public participation <br /> workshop. <br /> • Revise and adjust the plan as necessary to achieve a consensus. <br /> • Establish an agreed upon direction forthe single Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan. <br /> • Obtain Steering Committee approval to refine the singie Conceptual Urban Corridors <br /> Plan. <br /> • Confirm action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort. <br /> Task 3.0 - Refine the single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan.This task will last a�proximate� <br /> ei ht ,8, weeks. Based on the selected single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan, HOK will <br /> refine the plan to develop the single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan for review by the <br /> Steering Committee and reach agreement on the elements of the Final Urban Corridors Plan. <br /> Task 3.1 Re fine Final Urbon Corridors Plon - HOK and CBB will review and refine the elements <br /> of the selected single Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan for development into the Final Urban <br /> Comdors Plan. <br /> • Refine preliminary corridor improvement concepts. <br /> • Refine plan enlargements of several key area to illustrate improvements. <br /> • Refine sketch vignettes of several key areas to illustrate improvements. <br /> • Refine traffic and roadway strategies. , <br /> • Refine phasing strategies. ! <br /> • Refine implementation strategies.
