The subject property contains .15 acres (6,440 square feet)and is currently undeveloped. <br />, 2. The petitioner proposes to rezone one (1) lot totaling .15 acres, to R-5 Two Family Residence <br /> District. The petitioner has indicated she would like to use the property to construct a duplex unit. <br /> Access to the property would be along Jackson Street. <br />
