(e.)The State Fire Marshall shall be contacted regarding a �eld inspection and a copy of the <br /> fire inspection report, upon completion,will need to be filed with the Fire Department, <br /> (f.)A vented hood system will be required for cooking facilities, and <br /> (g.)Fence repair will be required A secured entrance will be required from the alleyway. <br /> Mr. Sharpe asked what the drop off/pick up location would look like. Mrs.Stewart stated that <br /> there might be a no parking sign posted but it would not be striped. <br /> Mrs. Mary McCumber, 1315 North Gulick Avenue, was present and spoke for the petition <br /> stating that she wanted to operate a day care to serve the children in need of care. She is taking <br /> CPR and safety classes and obtaining the appropriate licenses. Mr. Smith stated that the Federal <br /> Housing requirements would be met although he was not speaking for the state or local codes <br /> regarding day cares. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Sharpe/Peck)to forward Cal. No. 02-49 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
