Mrs.Stewart stated that <br /> there might be a no parking sign posted but it would not be striped. <br /> Mrs. Mary McCumber, 1315 North Gulick Avenue, was present and spoke for the petition <br /> stating that she wanted to operate a day care to serve the children in need of care. She is taking <br /> CPR and safety classes and obtaining the appropriate licenses. Mr. Smith stated that the Federal <br /> Housing requirements would be met although he was not speaking for the state or local codes <br /> regarding day cares. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Sharpe/Peck)to forward Cal. No. 02-49 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
