On December 7, 2000, the Plan Commission considered the original Planned Unit <br /> Development for this site. The petition rezoned several lots from R-6 to B-2 and included a I, <br /> plan for a two-story retail-office building at the corner with parking areas behind. This PUD <br /> was approved 9-0 with the condition that a 40' section of alley leading from Oakland be '� <br /> vacated prior to issuance of building permits. The City Council approved the rezoning and , <br /> PUD on 12/18/00. '� <br /> 2. The alley was subsequently vacated in April, 2001.
