The subject site contains a 2,000 square foot residential structure and a 600 square foot I <br /> accessory building on an 84,000 square foot (1.93 acre)tract. The property to the east,west I <br /> and south is developed as single-family residential property. The property to the north (north ' <br /> of the railroad tracks) is zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial, and used as a lumber company. A lot <br /> approximately 320 feet east of the site has recently been developed as M-1. That lot was <br /> rezoned in 1985. Access to the site is provided from Damon Avenue. City water(6") and <br /> sanitary sewer(18") are available on the site. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2.
