' � may hereafter be amended, and all ordinances lawfully enacted pursuant thereto, together with all <br /> other such duties and responsibilities as the City Council may assign to Employee. <br /> Without limitation upon the foregoing duties and responsibilities, Employee is required ', <br /> specifically to perform and provide written performance evaluations for all department leaders or <br /> department heads of the City on an annual basis, and such evaluations sha11 be completed at a <br /> time as may be required by the City. Employee shall also reside within the corporate limits of the <br /> City at all times during which this Agreement is in effect. <br /> 2. Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective for all purposes as <br /> of October 18, 1999, following action by the lawfully constituted City Council of the City if said <br /> Council approves this Agreement by proper resolution, and said Agreement shall continue in <br /> effect thereafter for a period up to and including October 31, 2002, unless otherwise extended in <br /> accordance with the provisions hereof. <br /> In the event written notice is not given by either party hereto to the other of them ninety <br /> (90) days prior to the termination date as hereinabove provided, this Agreement shall be extended <br /> on the same terms and conditions as herein provided, all for an additional period of two years. <br /> Said Agreement shall continue thereafter for successive two-year periods unless either party <br /> hereto provides to the other of them written notice that the first party does not wish to extend the <br /> term hereof for said additional two-year period at least ninety (90) days prior to the otherwise <br /> applicable termination date. <br /> Nothing contained herein shall prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with the right of the <br /> City to terminate the services of Employee at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in <br /> § 3 hereof. <br /> 2 <br />
