8. SICK LEAVE. Employee shall remain entitled to the same number of days of <br /> paid sick leave during the term of this Agreement as Employee possesses under the current <br /> policies and plans of the City of Decatur. Therefore, Employee's sick leave benefits shall not be I <br /> altered, modified, or changed from the benefits which she possesses currently as an employee of <br /> the City. <br /> Employee shall not be entitled to any cash payment, or payment of any type of sick leave <br /> days unused as of the date of termination of this Agreement, and such dates are to be utilized for <br /> illness of Employee or immediate family members of Employee and are not considered vacation <br /> or personal days. <br /> 9. AUTOMOBILE ALLOWANCE. Employee shall be provided the use of an <br /> automobile from the City's fleet of vehicles, which vehicle shall be insured at the expense of the <br /> City in amounts as determined by the City in its sole discretion. Said vehicle may be utilized by <br /> Employee for personal use within the geographical limits of the County of Macon, Illinois, but <br /> otherwise must be utilized solely for business of the City. Fuel for said vehicle and items of <br /> routine maintenance shall be provided by the City or performed at City owned or operated <br /> facilities at the sole expense of the City. The City makes no representation as to the manner in <br /> which said payments or benefits shall be allocated or considered by federal and/or state taxing <br /> authorities. <br /> 10. OTHER BUSINESS EXPENSE. The City shall reimburse Employee for all <br /> reasonable employment-related expenses, subject to administrative policies concerning such, as <br /> currently exists or as amended. Such expenses include, but are not limited to the following: air <br /> travel, taxi and auto rental, lodging, meals, memberships and subscriptions to publications of the <br /> International City Management Association and the Illinois City Management Association, <br /> 4 <br />
