58. PARKING LOTS. The following identified parking lots are hereby designated Motor Vehicle System Parking Lots 1, 3, 4, 5 and 10: Lot 1 - located in the north half of the block bounded by Wood, Water, Washington and South Main Streets; Lot 3 - located in the block bounded by Eldorado, North Main, North and Church Streets; ' Lot 4 - located in the block bounded by Prairie, North Main, William and Church Streets; Lot 5 - located at the southeast corner of William and North Main Streets; Lot 10 - located at the northeast corner of Wood and North Main Streets. 59. METERS IN PARKING LOTS. In parking lots 1, 3, 4, 5 and 10 parking meter zones are hereby established, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause parking meters to be installed as provided in this Chapter. . 79. SETTLEMENT OF FINES (A) Parking tickets issued for overtime parking or parking meter violations may be settled for Two Dollars ($2.00) if paid within 7 days of the time of the violation, for Eight Dollars ($8.00) if paid after 7 days but within 21 days or for Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) if paid after 21 days of the time of said violation. (B) (Reserved) (C) Parking tickets issued for any other violations of the provisions of this Chapter except sections 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, 36 and 43 may be settled for Five Dollars ($5.00) if paid within seven (7) days of the time of the violation, for Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) if paid after seven (7) days but within twenty-one (21) days of the time of the violation, or for Twenty Dollars ($20.00) if paid after twenty-one (21) days of the time of the violation. (D) Parking tickets issued for violations of sections 18, 19, 27, 29, 31, 32 and 43 may be settled for Ten Dollars ($10.00) if paid within seven (7) days of the time of the violation, for Twenty Dollars ($20.00) if paid after seven (7) days but within twenty-one (21) days of the time of the violation, or for Thirty Dollars
