($30.00) if paid after twenty-one (21) days of the time of the violation, for Twenty <br /> Dollars ($20.00) if paid after seven (7) days but within twenty-one (21) days of <br /> the time of the violation, or for Thirty Dollars ($30.00) if paid after twenty-one <br /> (21) days of the time of the violation. <br /> (E) Tickets issued far violations of sections 20 and 23 may be settled for <br /> Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00). <br /> (F) Tickets issued for violations of sections 21, 22, 30, 35 and 36 may be <br /> settled for Fifty Dollars ($50.00). <br /> (G) Tickets issued for violation of section 28 may be settled for Two Hundred <br /> Dollars ($200.00). <br /> (H) If not so settled, fine shall be imposed as elsewhere provided herein. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Two Dollars ($2.00) nor more than Two <br /> Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That the provisions of all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and the same are <br /> hereby, repealed. <br /> Section 4. That this Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and effect as of July 1, <br /> 1997. <br /> Section 5.
