altered, modified, or changed from the benefits which he possesses currently as a employee of the <br /> City. <br /> 8. SICK LEAVE. Employee sha11 remain entitled to the same number of days of paid <br /> sick leave during the term of this A�reement as Employee possesses under the current policies and <br /> plans of the City of Decatur. Therefore, Employee's sick leave benefits shall not be altered, <br /> modified, or changed from the benefits which he possesses cunently as a employee of the City. <br /> Employee shall not be entitled to any cash payment, or payment of any type for sick leave <br /> days unused as of the date of ternunation of this Agreement, and such dates are to be utilized for <br /> illness of Employee or immediate family members of Employee and are not considered vacation or <br /> personal days. <br /> 9. AUTOMOBILE AI,LOWA:'�'CE. Employee shall receive an automobile allowance <br /> of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (5250.00) per month. This allowance shall compensate Employee <br /> for the use of his personal automobile in the course of City business, and such amount shall be paid <br /> in lieu of mileage or any other method of reimbursement. The City makes no representation as to <br /> the manner in which said payments shall be allocated or considered by federal andlor state taxing <br /> authorities. <br /> 10. OTHER BUSL'�TESS EXPENSE. The City shall reimburse Employee for all <br /> reasonable employment-related expenses, subject o administrative policies concerning such, as <br /> currently exists or as amended. Such expenses include, but are not limited to the following: air <br /> travel, taxi and auto rental, lodging, meals, memberships and subscriptions to publications of the <br /> International City Management Association and the Illinois City Management:�ssociation, <br /> -4- <br />
