order. Any additional expenses associated with upgrades or replacement of equipment or <br /> modification of the Law Enforcement Building by the Decatur Public Building <br /> Commission or the City, that is required by equipment installed on behalf of the ETSB <br /> shall be at the expense of the ETSB. <br /> I. The City agrees to provide cassette recordings of E9-1-1 calls received by the <br /> PSAP to the ETSB Director as requested for quality control purposes as defined in policy <br /> and procedures to be established mutually by the two parties; <br /> J. The ETSB may require City personnel to participate in training and the City shall <br /> provide such personnel for training subject to availability as determined by Chief of Police. <br /> The City agrees to provide at no cost to the ETSB all training and certification required by <br /> the State of Illinois for the Law Enforcement Agency Data System ("LEADS") for <br /> employees of the Emergency Communication Center. Training which is required by the <br /> ETSB shall be at the expense of the ETSB. The ETSB shall reimburse the City for all <br /> expenses of such required training, which expenses shall include, but are not limited to, the <br /> following: class fees and registration, travel, lodging, meals, and salary of the employee <br /> attending and the actual amount of overtime necessitated by the absence of on duty <br /> employees to attend the training. Expenses for training which is requested, but not <br /> required by the ETSB which would enhance the performance of the Communication Staff <br /> shall be divided between the City and the ETSB. The exact division of those costs shall be <br /> determined by agreement between the PSAP Manager and the ETSB based on an analysis <br /> of the training needs, benefits and estimated costs. <br /> K. The City agrees to cooperate with the Decatur Public Building Commission and <br /> the ETSB to make reasonable PSAP modifications to allow for installation of E9-1-1 <br /> equipment. Any additional expenses associated with any modification, addition, upgrades <br /> or replacement of equipment or the Law Enforcement Building by the Decatur Public <br /> Building Commission or the City required by equipment installed on behalf of the ETSB <br /> shall be at the expense of the ETSB; <br /> L. The City agrees to report all E9-1-1 System errors and disruptions to the ETSB <br /> Director's Office in a timely manner. <br /> M. The City agrees to provide access for the ETSB to the electronic database for <br /> E9-1-1 telephone calls in the software installed by the ETSB, for quality control purposes <br /> and for reporting as required by various state and federal regulations, as outlined in <br /> policies and procedures to be established mutually by the parties hereto; <br /> III <br /> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ETSB <br /> A. Provide for the design of the Emergency Telephone System, in cooperation with <br /> the City's PSAP Manager; <br /> 3 <br />
