B. Provide for the coding of an initial Master Street Address Guide ("MSAG") data <br /> base, and the subsequent update and maintenance thereof; <br /> C. Provide for approved E9-1-1 equipment, as provided for by applicable state and <br /> federal regulations and as agreed upon by the parties to this Agreement. <br /> D. Provide for the nonrecurring charges related to installation of the Emergency <br /> Telephone System and the ongoing network charges; <br /> E. Provide for other products and services necessary for the implementation, upgrade <br /> and maintenance of the System and any other purpose related to the operation of the <br /> System, not to include the costs of public safety agency personnel and equipment , <br /> dispatched in response to an emergency call; I <br /> F. All equipment, hardware, software and other materials purchased by the ETSB I!� <br /> shall remain the property of the ETSB; ' <br /> G. The ETSB agrees to provide for the administration of the Macon County E9-1-1 <br /> System in close cooperation with the City PSAP Manager; <br /> H. The ETSB shall be responsible for E9-1-1 System errors and disruptions; <br /> I. The ETSB agrees to fund and/or provide E9-1-1 training as required for E9-1-1 <br /> Telecommunicators, supervisors and PSAP managers. Training which is required by the <br /> ETSB shall be at the expense of the ETSB. The ETSB shall reimburse the City for all <br /> expenses of required training, which expenses shall include, but are not limited to, the <br /> following: class fees and registration, travel, lodging, meals, and salary of the employee <br /> attending and the actual amount of overtime necessitated by the absence of on-duty <br /> employees to attend the training. Expenses for training which is requested, but not <br /> required by the ETSB which would enhance the performance of the Communication Staff <br /> shall be divided between the City and the ETSB. The exact division of those costs shall be <br /> determined by agreement between the PSAP Manager and the ETSB based on an analysis <br /> of the training needs, benefits and estimated costs. The City agrees to provide at no cost <br /> to the ETSB all required training and certification required by the State of Illinois for the <br /> Law Enforcement Agency Data System (LEADS) for Employees of the Emergency <br /> Communication Center; <br /> J. The ETSB reserves the right to monitor the PSAP's compliance with E9-1-1 rules <br /> and regulations; <br /> K. Costs associated with the City's compliance with and adherence to the Emergency <br /> Telephone System Act (50 ILCS Section 750 et. seq.) and Title 83, Public <br /> Utilities-Chapter 1: Illinois Commerce Commission-Sub-Chapter F: Telephone <br /> Utilities-Part 725 (Standards of Service applicable to 9-1-1 Emergency Systems) shall be <br /> 4 <br />
