PROJECT PLAN � <br /> � • Armor Shield of Illinois will be responsible for submission of all technica.l reports to the IEPA as <br /> well as the completion of the site investigation soil borings. Armor Shield will utilize several <br /> subcontractors to assist in completing the requirements of the IEPA for Site Classification <br /> requirements. <br /> TASK 1 <br /> The first task of this project involves the completion of a Site Investigarion Plan (SIP). The SIP <br /> will document activities that will be completed both on-site as well as in the office. The SIP will <br /> deta.il sample locations, depths, sample matrix, field observations and method of soil sample <br /> retrieval. Mr. Todd Hogan, Geologist, of Armor Shield will prepare the SIP that will document <br /> the location of soil investigation borings. The activities to be completed in the o�ce include; <br /> written requests for well information in the area, review of geologic data for the area of the site <br /> and notification and coordination of all subcontractors. Mr. Hogan will be responsible for these <br /> activities as well. <br /> Mr. Russell Goodiel, Project Manager, of Armor Shield will review the SIP for accuracy and <br /> deta.il. Mr. Goodiel will also assist in selection of boring locations and subcontractor notification <br /> and mobilization. <br /> Ms. Carole Roper, Secretary, will type and assist in the organiza.tion of the SIP. Ms. Roper will <br /> also be responsible for making necessary copies and forwarding all correspondence to the IEPA <br /> and other interested parties. <br /> 4 <br />
