� , <br /> direct primary basis for comprehensive and collision perils in an amount not less than One Hundred <br /> Thousand Dollars($100,000.00)with a deductible not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars($500.00). <br /> (c) Prairieland also shall obtain and maintain throughout the term hereof a worker's I <br /> compensation insurance policy with statutory limits and employer's liability coverage of not less I <br /> than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars($500,000.00). ' <br /> (d)Prairieland has provided or shall provide to the City certificates of insurance to evidence ' <br /> compliance herewith,and during the term hereof will provide evidence that said insurance policies <br /> remain in effect upon the reasonable request of the City. Policies of insurance described herein <br /> requiring coverage of the City as an additional insured must name the City therein or in the <br /> declarations page, and an insurance by agreement clause shall not be deemed to be compliance <br /> herewith. <br /> 4. Regulation of Stored and Disposed of Vehicles. Prairieland shall provide storage <br /> and disposition of automobiles which are subject to the terms of this Agreement in a manner <br /> consistent with lawfully enacted regulations of the Illinois Commerce Commission,lawfully enacted <br /> ordinances of the City, lawfully enacted regulations of the Decatur Police Department and the � <br /> provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/1-101, et seq. (1998). ' <br /> 5. Records. Prairieland shall keep and maintain accurate records of each vehicle , <br /> towed and/or stored for the City under the terms of this Agreement, which records shall include at ' <br /> a minimum the following information:location from which the vehicle was towed;location to which <br /> the vehicle was towed; the date and time the vehicle was towed; the date and time the vehicle was ' <br /> released or otherwise disposed of by Prairieland;the manufacturer of the vehicle,together with the I <br /> model and year of the vehicle;the license plate number(if any)and the state issuing the license plate <br /> (if any); the vehicle identification number of the vehicle; the identity of the person to whom the �� <br /> vehicle was released (if applicable) as well as the identity of the person who signed for the release <br /> of the vehicle. Inspection of the records of Prairieland as described herein shall be subject to the <br /> provisions of§ 10 hereof. �, <br /> 6. Providing and Posting of Fees and Charges. Prairieland shall post in an 'I <br /> accessible location at its premises all towing and storage fees,the amounts of which are set forth and <br /> incorporated herein for all purposes as Exhibit A,which posted schedule of fees and charges shall <br /> be visible to the public at the premises of Prairieland. To the extent reasonably possible,Prairieland <br /> shall provide to the owner or operator of the automobile towed or stored pursuant to the terms of this <br /> Agreement, an itemized fee schedule prior to the removal or the towing of the automobile, which <br /> itemized fee schedule shall be consistent in all respects with the amounts set forth in the schedule <br /> incorporated herein as Exhibit A,which fees,rates and charges shall not exceed the amounts of the <br /> bid provided by Prairieland to the City in relation to this Agreement. <br /> -3- <br />
