13. ATE and TMD shall notify, and requisition from, the City, from time to time, <br /> regarding the types and amounts of property, materials, supplies, equipment and similar items or <br /> services deemed by ATE and TMD to be reasonably necessary for the management, supervision, <br /> operation and maintenance of said transit system and its appurtenances. After its approval of <br /> such requisitions,the City shall purchase and supply to ATE and TMD the requisitioned items. <br /> 14. Upon receipt of properly validated and substantiated vouchers and payrolls in such <br /> form as City may require furnished to City at least five (5) days before the payroll is due,the City <br /> shall reimburse a working cash fund for all wages and salaries of TMD's employees engaged in <br /> the operation of said transit system other than ATE's managing personnel, along with all other <br /> employment costs allocable to the employment of such operation personnel. All other direct <br /> operating expenses related to and arising out of the operation and maintenance of said system and <br /> the property appurtenant thereto including but not limited to, unfunded pension benefit <br /> obligations, advertising, promotion, postage, miscellaneous administrative expenses, etc., shall <br /> be an obligation of the City. Reimbursement shall be only for items and amounts actually paid <br /> and shall in no event exceed those rates or amounts previously from time to time approved by the <br /> City. <br /> 15. City shall maintain at it's cost and expense a policy in such amount and with such <br /> corporate surety as may be approved by City indemnifying City against dishonesty, defalcation, <br /> infidelity or shortage caused by ATE or TMD or any employee of ATE or TMD either <br /> individually or otherwise. <br /> 16. TMD shall maintain, and furnish evidence of, a standard workmen's compensation <br /> and employers liability policy of insurance conforming to the requirements of applicable statute <br /> and covering all employees employed by TMD pursuant to this Interim Agreement. <br /> 6 <br />
