H. The City agrees, through its Lease Agreement with the Decatur Public Building <br /> Commission, to provide an alternate power source (generator) and an uninterruptable <br /> power source for the E9-1-1 equipment, for the testing of this alternate power source <br /> under load on a monthly basis, and for the maintenance of said equipment in good <br /> working order. Any additional expenses associated with upgrades or replacement of <br /> equipment or the Law Enforcement Building by the Decatur Public Building <br /> Commission or the City of Decatur, required by equipment installed on behalf of the <br /> Macon County Emergency Telephone System Board shall be at the expense of the <br /> Emergency Telephone System Board; <br /> I. The City agrees to provide cassette recordings of E9-1-1 calls received by the <br /> PSAP to the ETSB Director as requested for quality control purposes as defined in <br /> policy and procedures to be established between the two parties; <br /> J. The Macon County ETSB may require City personnel to participate in training <br /> and the City shall provide such personnel for training subject to availability as <br /> determined by Chief of Police. The City agrees to provide at no cost to the Macon <br /> County ETSB all required training and certification required by the State of Illinois for <br /> the Law Enforcement Agency Data System (LEADS) for members of the Emergency <br /> Communication Center. Training which is required by the Macon County ETSB shall <br /> be at the expense of the Macon County ETSB. The Macon County ETSB shall <br /> reimburse the City for all expenses of required training, which expenses shall include, <br /> but are not limited to, the following: class fees and registration, travel, lodging, meals, <br /> and salary of the employee attending and the actual amount of overtime necessitated by <br /> the absence of on duty employees to attend the training. Expenses for training which is <br /> requested, but not required by the ETSB which would enhance the performance of the <br /> Communication Staff shall be divided between the City and the ETSB. The exact <br /> division of those costs shall be determined by agreement between the PSAP Manager <br /> and the Macon County ETSB based on an analysis of the training needs, benefits and <br /> the estimated costs. <br /> K. The City agrees to cooperate with the Decatur Public Building Commission and <br /> � the Macon County ETSB to make reasonable PSAP modifications to allow for <br /> installation of E9-1-1 equipment. Any additional expenses associated with any <br /> modification, addition, upgrades or replacement of equipment or the Law Enforcement <br /> Building by the Decatur Public Building Commission or the City of Decatur required by <br /> equipment installed on behalf of the Macon County Emergency Telephone System <br /> Board shall be at the expense of the Emergency Telephone System Board; <br /> L. The City agrees to report all E9-1-1 System errors and disruptions to the ETSB <br /> Director's Office in a timely manner. <br /> 3 <br />
