The exact division of those costs shall be determined by agreement <br /> between the PSAP Manager and the Macon County ETSB based on an analysis of the <br /> training needs,benefits and the estimated costs. The City agrees to provide at no cost to <br /> the Macon County ETSB all required training and certification required by the State of <br /> Illinois for the Law Enforcement Agency Data System (LEADS) for members of the <br /> Emergency Communication Center; <br /> J. That the ETSB reserves the right to monitor the PSAP's compliance with E9-1-1 <br /> rules and regulations; <br /> K. Any costs associated with the City's compliance with and adherence to the <br /> Emergency Telephone System Act (50 ILCS Section 750 et. seq.) and Title 83, Public <br /> Utilities-Chapter 1: Illinois Commerce Commission-Sub-Chapter F: Telephone <br /> Utilities-Part 725 (Standards of Service applicable to 9-1-1 Emergency Systems) shall <br /> be provided by the Macon County Telephone System Board. ', <br /> L. The Macon County ETSB acknowledges that the City of Decatur has purchased I <br /> and installed Computerized Assisted Dispatch (CAD) software in the PSAP and that <br /> software works in conjunction with law enforcement and fire record keeping software <br /> for the City of Decatur and the County of Macon. Both the City of Decatur and the <br /> Macon County ETSB acknowledges that for the efficient operation of the PSAP, <br /> significant data collected by the Macon County ETSB must be entered into the <br /> Computerized Assisted Dispatch(CAD) system and both parties agree to work together <br /> to make those updates in a timely manner; <br /> M. The Macon County ETSB agrees that the date to be designated as the "cut over" <br /> date for the implementation of the Enhanced 9-1-1 service must be one that is mutually <br /> agreed to by the Macon County ETSB and the City of Decatur; <br /> N. (i) The Macon County ETSB shall reimburse the City for the cost to the <br /> City of one (1) Communications Supervisor during the term of this Agreement and any <br /> extensions thereof. <br /> (ii) The Macon County ETSB shall reimburse the City for the costs to the <br /> City of three(3) Emergency Communications Specialists, Level II, as follows: <br /> (a) during the second (2nd) year of this Agreement and thereafter, including <br /> any extensions thereof, for the costs of one (1) such Specialist; <br /> (b) during the third (3rd) year of this Agreement and thereafter, including <br /> any extensions thereof, for the costs of two (2) such Specialists; and, <br /> (c) during the fourth (4th) year of this Agreement and any extensions <br /> thereof, for the costs of three (3) such Specialists. <br /> 5 <br />
