Both the City of Decatur and the Macon County ETSB acknowledges that for the efficient operation of the PSAP, significant data collected by the Macon County ETSB must be entered into the Computerized Assisted Dispatch(CAD) system and both parties agree to work together to make those updates in a timely manner; M. The Macon County ETSB agrees that the date to be designated as the "cut over" date for the implementation of the Enhanced 9-1-1 service must be one that is mutually agreed to by the Macon County ETSB and the City of Decatur; N. (i) The Macon County ETSB shall reimburse the City for the cost to the City of one (1) Communications Supervisor during the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof. (ii) The Macon County ETSB shall reimburse the City for the costs to the City of three(3) Emergency Communications Specialists, Level II, as follows: (a) during the second (2nd) year of this Agreement and thereafter, including any extensions thereof, for the costs of one (1) such Specialist; (b) during the third (3rd) year of this Agreement and thereafter, including any extensions thereof, for the costs of two (2) such Specialists; and, (c) during the fourth (4th) year of this Agreement and any extensions thereof, for the costs of three (3) such Specialists. 5
