A list of deliverables which will appear in the Phase II version of the �' <br /> product. At a mirumum, tlus will include an updating of the Metropolitan '� <br /> Planning Areas Boundaries, and an updating of the Urbanized Area <br /> Boundaries and Functional Class Map. The list of deliverables will contain , <br /> a table of contents and a list of maps and tables. ' <br /> e. A public participation plan, including the dates, times, and places of public <br /> meetings, and the means that will be used to solicit input from a wide <br /> variety of transportation providers and users, including the elderly, low and <br /> moderate income persons, handicapped persons, and members of rrunority <br /> goups. The public participation plan will meet the requirements of the <br /> Transportation Equity Act and the Illinois Open Meetings Act. At a <br /> minimum, the consultant will conduct six(6)public meetings, and will <br /> prepare the advertisements and public notice. The City of Decatur will pay <br /> for newspaper and radio advertising to assure that sufficient, useful citizen <br /> participation is received during the process of preparing this plan. <br /> 2. The consultant will conduct at least one study session with the Decatur City <br /> Council to discuss the project and any policy concerns which the Council may find <br /> appropriate. <br /> 3. The consultant will consult the Airport and Park Districts; the City Transit <br /> System; the Villages of Forsyth, Mount Zion, Harristown, and Long Creek;Macon <br /> County; and the Illinois Department of Transportation, either individually or <br /> through DUATS. <br /> B. Phase II tasks and deliverables. <br /> 1. The consultant will update all data, tables, and maps which appeared in the Long <br /> Range Transportation Plan: 1995-2014, consistent with the list of deliverables <br /> appearing in § A.l.d., above. <br /> 2. The consultant will meet at least once with the DUATS Technical Committee to <br /> discuss the methodology used in preparation of the plan and its deliverables. <br /> 3. The consultant will deliver ten(10) copies of the preliminary draft of the 2020 <br /> Transportation Plan, along with maps, and will deliver a copy of the product on <br /> disc in a format specified by the City of Decatur, which will provide comments. <br /> C.
