IV. F�nal product to be del�vered to the C�ty: <br /> A. Survey data shall be downloaded and base drawing(see sample drawing)prepared in AutoCAD 13 <br /> or 14 format(14 is preferred). General AutoCAD layer format and symbols shall be as provided on <br /> the attached shcets. Scale shall be 1:1. A disk containing the file for each intersection sha11 be <br /> submitted to the City as it is completed to facilitate the design process. <br /> B. AutoCAD base drawing and copies of any survey notes need to be delivered to the City within 4 <br /> weeks after receiving the notice to proceed. <br /> V. Proposal Submittal: <br /> A. For consideration, one copy of the proposal shall be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Frida�May 29. 1998. <br /> B. Submittal shall include: <br /> 1. Lump sum cost per intersection to render the surveying services listed above. The City <br /> will reserve the right to contract with one or more firms to complete the required surveys and <br /> drawing preparations for each intersection. <br /> 2. Time to complete the project. <br /> 3. A hard copy of a typical final product from a similar project. <br /> C.
