Assuming the continuation of the <br /> project, a cost analysis and project plan will be submitted, detailing the cost of completing the <br /> project per client critena utilizing Parker&Associates as the service provider. <br /> Scheduled delivery of Phase III-To be completed within 60 days after on-site consultation, <br /> assuming a11 required documentation is available and essential follow up <br /> (teleconferences/meetings/document reviews) with Senior Management and/or Human <br /> Resources are scheduled in a timely manner. <br /> Schedule <br /> City of Decatur will notify Pazker& Associates of acceptance of proposal with scheduling of <br /> initial meeting within 2-3 weeks of approval. <br /> Fee Structure <br /> The above stated services of Phases I,II,III of this study will be provided to the City of Decatur <br /> for the sum of$8,000.00; travel expenses for Phase II are not included in this amount.
