c. Prepare proposal form and notice to bidders and assist in the <br /> preparation of the Contract Documents. <br /> d. Furnish one reproducible copy of the Contract Documents <br /> consisting of Construction Agreement Forms, General Conditions, <br /> Special Conditions, Detailed Construction Drawings and <br /> Specifications. <br /> 6. Furnish the CITY with a draft of all necessary right-of-way dedications <br /> and/or construction easements, including prints of the corresponding plats. <br /> 7. Assist the CITY in receipt of bids and in tabulation and interpretation of <br /> contractor's proposals. <br /> B. To perform the following professional services required to begin initial aerial <br /> mapping of the area. (See Map 2) <br /> 1. Have the area aerially photographed. <br /> 2. Provide necessary ground support to paint photo identifiable key structures <br /> (i.e. manholes, etc.)to increase the accuracy of any future mapping. <br /> 3. These services do not include ground control survey, mapping, or survey <br /> production. <br /> 2. Construction Guidance - Where so directed by the City, Furnish Guidance Services <br /> during the construction period generally comprised of the following: <br /> A. Consult with the CITY and with the Contractor on interpretation of plans and <br /> specifications and regarding any changes under consideration as construction <br /> proceeds. <br /> B. Provide periodic job-site inspection by the Project Engineer, or his <br /> representatives, during the construction period. <br /> C. Prepaze and submit all payment estimates, change orders, records, and reports <br /> required by the CITY. <br /> D. Safeguard the CITY against defects and deficiencies on the part of the contractor, <br /> but the ENGINEER does not guarantee the performance of the contract by the <br /> contractor. <br /> E.
