The CITY's estimated financial participation excluding the $ 141,000 maximum participation by <br /> the STATE is $ 20,105. (See Covenant No. 4) <br /> Participation and reimbursement shall be predicated on the percentages shown above for the specified work. <br /> Cost shall be determined by multiplying the final quantities times contract unit prices plus 15% for <br /> construction and preliminary engineering. It is further agreed that the CITY's participation towards the traffic <br /> signals shown above (excluding highway lighting on combination mast arms, requested by CIT�, at the <br /> intersection of Fairview Avenue with West Eldorado Street and at the intersection of West Eldorado Street <br /> with U S Route 36 shall not exceed $ 862.50 and $6,707.38 respectively, which represents 125 % of their <br /> estimated construction and engineering cost. <br /> 3 <br />
