Couter, � <br /> Corporation Coungel, sought direction from Couiu� on how staff should proceed relative to the � <br /> Marietta Street crossing aad wheth�er the c�ty should pursue administrative review to reverse the <br /> decision of the Illinois Commerce Commission. Counc�directed staff not to proceed at this time. <br /> Councilman 1VLtchell moved the� meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Counc�7man Foster, and on call of the roll, Co�en Carrigan, Foster, Jacobs, Niitchell, <br /> 1Vfittelberg, Oliver, and Mayor Howley voted aye.
