• w 4. The Contractor shall provide a performance bond running to the City of Decatur in an amount not less than $5,000.00. 5. A. The Contractor shall provide general liability insurance with a combined single limit, including bodily injury and property damage, in an amount not less than $500,000.00 for each occurrence, $1,000,000.00 aggregate, which shall name the City as an additional insured. The Contractor shall hold the City harmless for any and all damages to property and/or persons arising out of the performance by Contractor of any of the duties or obligations imposed by this Agreement. Provided, that this hold harmless agreement shall not be applicable to any insurance company by way of subrogation. B. The Contractor shall provide automobile liability insurance for any auto with a combined single limit, including bodily injury and property damage, of not less than $500,000.00 for each occurrence, $1,000,000.00 aggregate, which shall name the City as an additional insured. C. The Contractor shall provide worker's compensation insurance with statutory limits, and employer's liability coverage of not less than $500,000.00. D. The Contractor shall provide garage keepers legal liability insurance on a direct primary basis for comprehensive and collision perils in an amount not less than $100,000.00 with a deductible not exceeding $500.00, which shall name the City as an additional insured. E. The Contractor shall provide certificates of insurance that evidence all of the coverage required in this set of specifications. Insurance by agreement clause will not be accepted.
