6. The Contractor shall provide storage and disposition of vehicles in compliance with <br /> Illinois Commerce Commission regulations, the Illinois Vehicle Code, City of Decatur ordinances, <br /> and Decatur Police Department regulations. <br /> 7. The Contractor shall maintain a record of each vehicle towed for the City, such records <br /> to contain the following information: location where the vehicle was picked up; location where <br /> the vehicle was taken; the date and time of the pick up; date and time of release; make, model and <br /> year of the vehicle; license plate and state of issuance; vehicle identification number; name of <br /> individual to whom that vehicle was released; and name of individual that signed for the vehicle's <br /> release. <br /> 8. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of 5 radio dispatched towing vehicles, from a <br /> manned dispatch point base station, on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis. <br /> 9. The Contractor shall post all towing and storage fees, which are attached and <br /> incorporated herein as Exhibit B, for all towing and storage for the City, so as to be visible to the <br /> public. The Contractor shall provide an itemized fee schedule to the vehicle operator prior to <br /> removal by towing if such operator is available. Such schedule shall remain consistent with that <br /> schedule submitted to the City with Contractor's bid. <br /> 10. The Contractor shall provide a consumer complaint procedure in reference to towing, <br /> storage fees, and damage/loss claims in a form substantially the same as that which is attached and <br /> incorporated herein as Exhibit C. <br />
