6. The Contractor shall provide storage and disposition of vehicles in compliance with Illinois Commerce Commission regulations, the Illinois Vehicle Code, City of Decatur ordinances, and Decatur Police Department regulations. 7. The Contractor shall maintain a record of each vehicle towed for the City, such records to contain the following information: location where the vehicle was picked up; location where the vehicle was taken; the date and time of the pick up; date and time of release; make, model and year of the vehicle; license plate and state of issuance; vehicle identification number; name of individual to whom that vehicle was released; and name of individual that signed for the vehicle's release. 8. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of 5 radio dispatched towing vehicles, from a manned dispatch point base station, on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis. 9. The Contractor shall post all towing and storage fees, which are attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit B, for all towing and storage for the City, so as to be visible to the public. The Contractor shall provide an itemized fee schedule to the vehicle operator prior to removal by towing if such operator is available. Such schedule shall remain consistent with that schedule submitted to the City with Contractor's bid. 10. The Contractor shall provide a consumer complaint procedure in reference to towing, storage fees, and damage/loss claims in a form substantially the same as that which is attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit C.
