11. The Contractor shall make tow and storage records available for police inspection <br /> during business hours. The City agrees to notify Contractor with 24 hours of any times or dates <br /> wherein such police inspection shall take place. <br /> � �� <br /> 12. A. The Contractor shall provide an enclosed, h , self-contained temporary <br /> evidence stall space, capable of being entirely darkened on request by the Police Department. <br /> 12. B. The Contractor shall provide on the evidence bay an alarm system, which must <br /> be acceptable to the City, which shall provide the City with a punch-code alarm system to ensure <br /> that the evidence bays are secure for "chain of custody" procedures. This Contractor has had <br /> approval of its alarm system and the City hereby agrees that such alarm system is satisfactory for <br /> the needs and wants of the City. <br /> 13. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of 5 wreckers for the snow emergency route <br /> towing upon 5 hours notification. <br /> 14. The Contractor will have at least one wrecker capable of towing commercial vehicles <br /> of fully loaded maximum road weight. Also, a flatbed trailer must be available to transport <br /> vehicles incapable of being towed. <br /> 15. The Contractor shall provide all towing at periodic police vehicle auctions. <br /> 16. The Contractor shall provide a "non-public" private telephone line between the Police <br /> Communications Center and the towing company dispatch point for emergency use. <br /> 17. The Contractor shall provide for wrecker response time to average no longer than 20 <br /> minutes with a maximum response time to be 30 minutes, subject to reasonableness, and subject <br /> to circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor, acts of God, etc. It is the understanding <br /> that the City requested tows shall take priority over others tows of Contractor. <br />
