The <br /> general format and issues are described as follows and shown <br /> graphically on Exhibit 1: <br /> Five (5) working days prior to each workshop, an agenda and <br /> background information will be submitted to City for review. <br /> a. The first workshop will be to <br /> i . Describe and discuss the raw water alternatives for <br /> the intake and a new or rehabilitated plant, <br /> including the various options for treatment. <br /> ii . The information provided will be general but <br /> comprehensive enough for City to gain an <br /> understanding about each alternative and/or <br /> process. <br /> iii . The information presented is intended to stimulate <br /> discussion and other ideas not yet discussed. <br /> iv. Following the workshop, Engineer will reduce the <br /> number of alternatives to 8 to 12 for evaluation <br /> and discussion at the second workshop. <br /> v. Describe the approach for making the economic <br /> comparisons. <br /> vi . Discuss the needs and condition of the existing <br /> plant. <br /> vii .
