If any portion of the area described in paragraph 2 hereof is included in a special <br /> services area established by the City Council, effective during the term of this Agreement, <br /> pursuant to 35 II,CS 200/27-5 et seq., and payments for bird repellent services are included in the '�, <br /> scope of such special service area, then any such special service payments to Soules for services in � <br /> such area shall be credited to the City against any indebtedness otherwise due hereunder. It is I <br /> expressly ageed that Soules shall not receive in excess of Thirry-Two Thousand Dollazs <br /> ($32,000) from the City for bird repellent services in said described area during the term hereof, <br /> whether from payments hereunder, special service area revenues or any combination thereof. <br /> 6. The City shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time during the term <br /> hereof, provided that Soules shall be paid pro rata for all sums due and accrued to said date.
