. The City sha11 also provide to Employee a cellular telephone at the sole expense of the City, <br /> which shall be utilized solely for the business of the City. <br /> 11. OTHER BUSINESS EXPENSE. The City shall reimburse Employee for a11 <br /> reasonable employment-related expenses, subject to administrative policies concerning such, as <br /> cunently exist or as amended. Such expenses include, but are not limited to the following: air <br /> travel, taxi and auto rental, lodging, meals, memberships and subscriptions to publications of the <br /> International City Management Association and the Illinois City Management Association, <br /> registration fees for training programs offered by such organizations, and travel and incidental costs <br /> relating to attendance at such programs or the conferences and meetings of such organizations. It <br /> is specifically understood that such activities are to be undertaken by Employee, at his option, but <br /> at the request of the City, and sha11 be considered as part of the duties of Employee hereunder. <br /> Employee sha11 be reimbursed for other reasonable expenses as the City sha11 approve by lawful <br /> action of the City Council. <br /> 12. GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE BENEFITS. The City shall, subject to the <br /> limitations provided for herein, provide Employee with group life insurance, and employee and <br /> dependent health, hospitalization, and dental coverage in accordance with such benefits provided <br /> other management employees of the City for so long as Employee remains as City Manager, but in <br /> any event, the City shall provide such insurance benefits until Employee reaches the age of 55. At <br /> age 55, if no longer employed as City Manager, Employee shall be entitled to belong to the <br /> employee and dependent group health insurance program provided for management employees at <br /> Employee's sole expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is agreed and understood that the City <br /> may, at its sole option, modify, or eliminate said insurance or benefits, or any portions thereof, <br /> -5- <br />
