B. Amendments hereof shall be made upon the written agreement of the Library and the <br /> City. <br /> C. Any notice necessary or proper to be given to any of the parties hereto may be served <br /> on the City by delivering such notice to the City Manager of the City, and to the Library by <br /> delivering such notice to the City Librarian by depositing a duly executed copy in the United <br /> States mail by registered or certified mail. <br /> Service by such mailing shall be deemed sufficient if addressed to the City or the Library <br /> at such address as the City or the Library have last furnished each other in writing, unless and <br /> until a different address is furnished the addresses for each party are as follows: <br /> City of Decatur <br /> Attn: City Manager <br /> 1 Gary K Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, IL 62523 <br /> Board of Library Trustees of the City of Decatur <br /> Attn: City Librarian <br /> 130 North Franklin Street <br /> Decatur IL 62523 <br /> D. In the event any covenant or provision herein contained is held to be invalid by any <br /> court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of any such covenant or provision shall in no way <br /> affect any other covenant or provision herein contained. <br /> E. Holdover. If the Library holds over after termination of the Initial Term or any <br /> Renewal Term, this Lease shall be extended on a inonth-to month basis for up to one (1) year on <br /> the same terms. <br /> F. Parking. The City will make fair and reasonable parking accommodations available <br /> for the patrons and visitors of both the Library and any other user or Tenant. The parking area <br /> immediately east of the Library entrance and west of the Annex Building shall be on a first <br /> come, first served basis, and restricted to one hour.
