JLTNE 17, 1996 <br /> The City Council of the City of D�r, Illinois, met in Closed, Executive Session in the <br /> City Council Conference Room. Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen 1vLchael T. Carrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William IVfitchell, Kent N. <br /> Nfittelberg and William F. Oliver. All seven members were present. Mayor Howley declared a <br /> quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to contract negodations with I.A.F.F. <br /> Local 505, representing the firefighters. John W. Couter, Corporation Counsel, addressed the <br /> City Council. No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman Foster moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Oliver, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Cazrigan, Foster, Jacobs, IvTitchell, <br /> Nfittelberg, Oliver, and Mayor Howley voted aye.
