. , :. <br /> _ CITY CUUNCIL 1�'IINUTES <br /> MONDAY, JULY 1, 1996 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatw, Illinois, met in Closed, Executive Session in the <br /> City Council Conference Room. Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen 11Tichael T. Carrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William Mrtchell, Kent N. <br /> Nfittelberg, and William F. Oliver. All seven members were present. Mayor Howley declared a <br /> quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to the selection of a City Manager. <br /> Councilman Cazrigan moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Mrtchell, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Carrigan, Foster, Jacobs, Ivfitchell, <br /> M'ittelberg, Oliver and Mayor Howley voted aye.
