, � � <br /> CTTY COUNCII.NIINUTES ' <br /> MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1994 ' <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, met in Closed, Executive Session in the , <br /> Council Conference Room. Mayor Erik C. Brechnitz presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen Stephen F. John, Shirley M. Moore and William F. Oliver. Councilmen William , <br /> Mitchell, Kent N. M'ittelberg and Randolph L. Van Alstine were absent. Four members were ' <br /> present and three were absent. Mayor Brechnitz declared a quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to land acquisition. City Manager I, <br /> Bacon discussed with Council the possibility of acquiring the former Wabash Hospital property ! <br /> located in the near Northeast area. No formal action was taken. I <br /> Councilman Moore moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by 'i <br /> Councilman Oliver, and on call of the roll, Councilmen John, Moore, Oliver, and Mayor Brechnitz I <br /> voted aye.
