The City will provide and maintain the vehicle as well as supply the fuel and oil and <br /> vehicle insurance. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> The following timetable has been established for this project. <br /> June 19, 1996 - - - - RFP Published <br /> July 8, 1996 - - - - -Deadline for Receiving Proposals <br /> July 15, 1996 - - - - Completion of Review of Proposals <br /> July 17, 1996 - - - - Contract Presented to City Council <br /> August 6, 1996 - - - Start of Service <br /> BIDDER PROPOSAL <br /> Each firm bidding should complete the bidder proposal form located on page 9. The <br /> hourly rate bid should include the operator's wage, any fringe benefits, overhead, administrative <br /> costs, and any company profit. Each bidder should also submit information on their firm or <br /> organization and a list of 3 references.
