, - <br /> Resolution No. R95-54 be authorized as a credit toward the purchase of a Zero Coupon Treasury <br /> Security (bond) in the principal amount of Seventy-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars <br /> ($76,700.00) with a maturity date in the year 2020, relating to creditable service for out-of-state <br /> services rendered by Employee to Colorado Springs, Colorado. <br /> 6. The City hereby authorizes Employee an option to exercise the request to IlVIRF for <br /> credit for the out-of-state services provided by Employee to Colorado Springs, Colorado, from July <br /> 1973 to June 1976, and further authorizes Employee an option to request creditable service for out- <br /> of-state services rendered to Hales Corners, Wisconsin, and Ripon Wisconsin, from June 1976 until <br /> September 1982, subject to the remaining terms hereof and the Resolution which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". The City further authorizes Employee to utilize the credit <br /> of Seven Thousand Fow Hundred Dollars($7,400.00)as a credit towaxd the purchase of either Zero � <br /> . Coupon Treasury Security described herein, or both, subject to the remaining terms hereof. , <br /> 7. Employee agrees to exercise the option, set forth in the immediately preceding <br /> paragraph hereo�by purchasing the Zero Coupon Treasury Security(bond) in the principal amount <br /> of Seventy-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars($76,700.00)with a maturity date in the year 2020, <br /> and delivering said Security (bond) to the City, or its lawfully authorized designee, on or before <br /> December 31, 1996. T'he entire proceeds of said Security shall be due and payable solely to the City, <br /> and said Security shall not be encumbered, in any manner, by Employee.
