, ' � ' 4. Taxes. In addition to the rent provided for in paragraph 3 hereof, Tommy House shall <br /> also pay all taxes, if any, due on the above-described premises which are attributable to Tommy <br /> House's lease or use of the premises or are for periods occurring during the term of this Lease. <br /> 5. GomAliance with Laws. Tommy House agrees to observe and comply with all rules, <br /> regulations, ordinances, statutes and zoning laws now in force or which may be enacted during the <br /> continuation of this Lease by the City or any other Municipal, County, State or Federal authority. and to <br /> indemnify the City for any damage caused by violations thereo.f. � <br /> 6. Release. To the extent provided by law, Tommy House, in using the premises, does so <br /> at its own risk. The City shall not be liable for any damabes to property sustained by Tommy House . <br /> on the premises, or any portion thereof. Tommy House assumes full responsibility for any property <br /> damages or injuries which may occur to Tommy House or its o�cers, employees, agents or <br /> contractors, resulting from or arising out of Tommy House's use of the premises. Tommy House does <br /> hereby fully and forever on its own behalf release and discharge the City and the City Council <br /> members, City employees, officers and agents, in both individual and official capacities, from any and <br /> all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether the same <br /> be known, anticipated or unanticipated, whether due to negligence or otherwise, resulting from or <br /> arising out of Tommy House's use of the premises. <br /> 7. Indemnification. To the extent provided by law, Tommy House shall indemnify and <br /> hold harmless the City and its Council members, officers, employees or agents in both individual and <br /> oCficial capacities, from all claims for bodily injury, death or property damage or any action or <br /> pr�cecdin� brought thereon. <br /> 8. Insurance Reauirements. Tommy House shall obtain at its expense, and keep in force <br /> durin�� the term of this Lease, comprehensive general liability and property damage insurance in an <br />
