Task 4: Implement PMS Software <br /> This Task involves building preliminary Decatur specific engineering models, loading these models into <br /> the Super PMS software, conducting ihe various analyses and generating preliminary rehabilitation <br /> reports. These reports will be reviewed, as part of Task 2.1 above, with City staff. Feedback resulting <br /> from Task 2.1 will be used to refine the engineering models so that the output of the system meets the <br /> needs of City staff. <br /> Task 5: Installation, Traininq, and Documentation <br /> This Task involves installing the Super PMS software on City hardware and conducting a two (2) day <br /> - training session with City staff on all components of its use. Software documentation (both Engineering <br /> and User) will also be supplied as part of this Task. <br /> Task 6: Post Implementation Support <br /> This Task provides free telephone support and software upgrades to City for the twelve (12) month period <br /> immediately following installation of the Super PMS. <br /> 3. ASSISTANCE BY CITY <br /> Subject to other provisions of this Agreement, the City shall: <br /> (a) Provide reasonably obtainable existing databases, maps, reports and/or other information <br /> deemed necessary for Consultant to properly perform the services required by this Agreement. <br /> (b) Promptly review databases, maps, reports and/or other information provided by the Consultant <br /> and render decisions thereto, in writing, so as not to delay the work of the Consultant. <br /> (c) Meet with the Consultant for project meetings as may be required from time to time during the <br /> course of the project. <br /> (d) Provide access for the Consultant to enter upon City property as required for the Engineer to <br /> perform his work under this Agreement. <br /> (e) Designate a project team member to act as the City's representative who will have the authority <br /> to transmit instructions and receive information pertinent to the work covered by this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 3 <br />
