The town may not expand service in any <br /> portions of the above described townships, other than in those <br /> areas expressly permitted herein, or any other township, without <br /> the prior, written approval of the City Manager, except as , <br /> provided in subparagraph (b) hereof. �, <br /> (b) Within that area described on Exhibit B hereto, , <br />� the following shall apply: <br /> (i) The City shall supply water service for all <br /> purposes to those premises with frontage on Rt. 121 and <br /> lying north of the MacDonald' s Restaurant existing on <br /> the effective date hereof, including service to such <br /> MacDonald' s premises ; the Town shall supply water <br /> service for all purposes to those premises with such <br /> frontage lying south of said MacDonald's premises. <br /> (ii) The City shall supply water service to all <br /> commercial premises in said area not covered by the <br /> provisions of subparagraph (i) , and the Town shall <br /> provide water service to all residential premises not <br /> covered by said subparagraph. <br /> Nothing in this subparagraph (b) shall be construed to affect <br /> water services in existence on the effective date of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 3 . That during the term of this agreement the Town may <br /> offer and maintain water service to residential users lying <br /> within 200 feet of the boundary line described in Exhibit A <br /> hereto only through water services not to exceed one (1) inch in <br /> size, except for those services in existence on the effective <br /> date of this agreement. <br /> 4 . That any extension or modification of the Town water <br /> system shall be constructed in compliance with the established <br /> standards used by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency <br /> 2 <br />
