Before commencing construction of any <br /> extension or modification of said system that lies within 100 <br /> feet of any portion of the City' s system, the Town shall cause <br /> detailed plans thereof to be prepared and submitted to the City <br /> for examination and review. After construction of such <br /> extensions or modifications in areas within one hundred (100) <br /> feet of City water mains, the Town shall cause "as built" plans <br /> thereof to be furnished to the City. Further, before admitting <br /> any extension or modification of the Town system that lies within <br /> 100 feet of any portion of the City's system to service, the Town <br /> shall cause the same to be properly disinfected and tested and <br /> shall notify the City of the time and place of any testing <br /> thereof so as to furnish the City an opportunity to have <br /> representatives present to observe such tests. <br /> 5 . That no connection to the Town system for a water <br /> service or otherwise shall be made except by a plumber licensed <br /> by the State of Illinois or by an employee of the Town. <br /> 6 . That the Town shall not furnish water service through <br /> its system to any premises unless said premises are served by and <br />' connected with a properly installed and operating sanitary waste �� <br /> disposal facility which may include a properly operating and <br /> installed septic tank system conforming with the specifications, <br /> standards and regulations of the State of Illinois regarding such <br /> systems. <br /> 7 . That during the term of this agreement the City shall <br /> furnish to the Town treated and potable water from the water <br /> 3 <br />
