. , works system of the City, the delivery point whereof shall be at <br /> such point or points which may be mutually agreed upon by the <br /> parties in writing. A quantity of water to be so furnished shall <br /> be limited to not to exceed an average of 500 , 000 gallons per <br /> day, calculated monthly, whether the same is delivered at one or <br /> more points of delivery, and the same shall be delivered by the <br /> City at a pressure of not less than 40 pounds static; subject, <br /> however, to the provisions of paragraph 14 hereof. <br /> 8 . That at said delivery point or points the Town shall <br /> furnish and install to City standards and specifications metering <br /> and regulating devices which shall remain the property of the <br /> Town and by it made accessible to the City for reading and <br /> inspection. Said metering and regulating devices shall be sealed <br /> against tampering or unauthorized adjustment and shall be <br /> promptly tested at the expense of the Town from time to time upon <br /> request in writing from the City. <br /> 9 . The quantity of water furnished the Town by the City <br /> shall be determined monthly at such time during the month as <br /> shall be determined by the City. Within a reasonable time after <br /> the quantity of water furnished is determined, the City shall <br /> bill the Town and the Town shall, within thirty (30) days after <br /> the date of such bill , pay the City. The amounts charged the <br /> Town shall be determined by the application of the provisions of <br /> general ordinance from time to time passed by the Council of the <br /> City, which said amounts shall not exceed two times the water <br /> charges for non-domestic monthly services situated within the <br /> 4 <br />� <br />
