} <br /> �� � . � �.3 -9'�--- <br /> � � <br /> , � <br /> A G R E E M E N T Ii <br /> For and in consideration of the promises, covenants, I <br /> agreements and conditions hereinafter set forth to be <br /> performed, kept and met by the respective parties hereto, <br /> this Agreement is made by and between THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to <br /> as City, and ATE Management and Service Company, Inc. <br /> � authorized to and doing business in the State of Illinois, <br /> hereinafter referred to as ATE and Transit Management of <br /> Decatur, Inc. ("TMD") , an Illinois corporation and a <br /> wholly-owned subsidiary of ATE as follows: <br /> 1. This Agreement shall become and be effective as of <br /> July 1 , 1993 and shall continue in effect until June 30, <br /> 1996 or until the City or ATE shall give notice of its <br /> intention and desire to terminate the same not less than <br /> ninety (90) days prior to the first day of July in the year <br /> in which it is sought to cause said termination. <br /> 2 . Commencing with the first day of the term of this <br /> Agreement and continuing through the duration thereof, ATE <br /> agrees to furnish full and complete management and supervi- <br /> sory services reasonably required for the conduct and <br /> operation of public transportation facilities owned by the <br /> City and all appurtenances and additions to said facilities <br /> 1 <br />
