(10) Keep records of chanqe orders and field changes to <br /> assist the A/E in preparing as built drawings. <br /> (11) Secure required samples and shop drawinqs from <br /> Contractor and sub-contractors for approval by the A/E. <br /> 5.4 If the Owner furnishes the resident construction inspector, <br /> the resident construction inspector will report directly to the <br /> A/E, any problems, delays and deviations from the plans. <br /> 8$CTION 6 <br /> 6.1 For the Basic Services rendered by the A/E under Section 2 <br /> of this Agreement the Owner agrees to compensate the A/E <br /> according to one of the following methods: <br /> 1. A lump sum amount of Fifty Eight Thousand, Five Hundred <br /> dollars($ 58,500.00 ) . <br /> 2. Actual costs of the A/E as defined in Exhibit "B" <br /> attached hereto plus a fixed fee of <br /> dollars ($ ) , N/A <br /> the total compensation not to exceed <br /> dollars ($ ) • <br /> 6.2 The compensation for Basic Services shall be payable not <br /> more often than monthly, in proportion to services performed, ; <br /> upon written request from the A/E, and shall not exceed the , <br /> following: <br /> 1.
