Cohn, hereinafter referred to <br /> as OWNER and Roger Rosenkranz hereinafter referred to as CONTRACT <br /> BUYER, as follows: , <br /> 1 . The Owner and Contract Buyer agree to sell and the ' <br /> Buyer agrees to purchase the following described real ' <br /> estate (premises) situated in Macon County, Illinois: I� <br /> The property commonly known as 30 Industry Court, i <br /> Decatur, Illinois and presently zoned M-1 , light <br /> industrial.
